  Venerable Old Master in West Ling, Tong's Legend Since Childhood

Tong, Da-Nian was a master in Chinese art of inscription, painting and calligraphy in the first half of 20th century. He was an early member of highly respected and very exclusive West Ling Inscription Art Society. This exhibit is to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Tong. 

  The Language of Birds & Flowers

Guo, Yi-Fang is an award-winning artist. For more than 20 years, he has devoted himself to Chinese painting, specializing in the modern methods of depicting flowers and birds. Mr. Guo's artworks have been sought after by collectors worldwide.

  Lei Zhang Shanbhag's Abstract Paintings

Lei Zhang Shanbhag is an artist well-known for her abstract paintings. Through her work, she is attempting to project the fact that there is a universe, which is moving in its own rhythm in numerous dimensions. Her artworks have been exhibited at several prestigious art galleries in New York, New Jersey metropolitan areas.

 Dr. Xu, Zhi-Hai's Chinese Calligraphy & Other Artworks

Dr. Xu, Zhi-Hai's calligraphy shows the depth of his understanding of art. He is good at  running hand and cursive scripts, and seeks each brush at ease and smooth, overall composition free and unconstrained. 

  Small Characters, Great Attainments

Jin, Zhu-Yu, member of China Calligraphers' Association. His outstanding attainments on small character have won great praise from connoisseurs. In 1996 he was awarded second prize in National Calligraphy Contest. On display, a rare worthy-collecting calligraphy artwork, "The Romance of Three Kingdoms".

  The Three Friends Who Thrive In Difficult Time

The pine, the bamboo and the plum are the three plant friends who thrive in cold weather. They were the favorite subjects that Tong, Da-Nian; Ruan, Xing-Shan and Xu, Cang-Yi would depict every winter when they got together to create joint artworks of Chinese painting.
